Wedding photography highlights: July 2018 Sam and Louise photography

We shot our first wedding of 2018 6 months ago today. How crazy is that? Half a year ago already. If you missed that wedding, you can check out Natalie and Carl’s amazing day at Hedsor house, where it all began this season, here. Things have just got busier and busier since then though. We’ve been fortunate to have so many wonderful, fun, awesome couples keeping us on our toes in the best possible way this year. They just seem to be getting better and better. Is that possible?

This month in particular has been a whirlwind with double header after double header though. We do try to limit the number of these that we take on but this year we failed at saying no! Hence it’s been our joint busiest year ever. We’ve been so fortunate to have some cracking enquiries for 2018 come in. When you receive an enquiry from a couple who were guests at a previous wedding, how do you say no? Well, the truth is, we didn’t! We couldn’t!

A busier August than usual

As a result, we’ve found ourselves a little busier than usual and a little shorter on time this month. August is always a busy few weeks anyway, but coming up for air hasn’t even been an option so far. Things like blogs, which I’m usually hot on haven’t been totally up to date unfortunately. Although I have been doing my best on instagram, so a sympathy follow is always appreciated! We shot so many cracking weddings in July though that we just had to share them with you. Limited on time though, we decided to pool them all together and do a summary post instead.

Below, you’ll find some of our favourite frames from our July weddings. A collective blog of some of the “best bits” according to us. Hopefully you’ll enjoy the variety and a peep at so many different weddings. We’d love to know your thoughts and if it goes down well, August could be in line for a best bits blog of it’s own too!

If you’d like, you can also keep up to date with us and our work on social media.
